Hi there!

I am Ronan, I joined Userled in November 2022 as part of the Strategy and operations team. I joined Userled for 3 key reasons:

  • The opportunity
  • The People
  • The learnings

Opportunity

I spent a large portion of my career to date working as a Solution Engineer in a large technology firm. During that time I saw how customers and clients matured in relation to how they engaged with external technology and vendors. Conversations that are being based on adding value rather than engaging on the finer points of a transaction are what really deepen relationships. I believe Userled is building the technology that allows technology companies to focus their attentions on those value added conversations, transforming their organisation’s growth to be product led.

People

Since joining Userled I have been blown away by the team that Yann and Tristan have created, and are creating. this extends from just employees, but also partners, avid community members and customers. This group sees a pain point are are coming together to resolve it in a client centric way. It is exciting to be a part of that.

The Learnings

Having worked in large organisations in the past, I am invigorated by the chance to be part of an initially small lean team. Every day we are making huge strides in the product, how we operate and redefining how we go to market. As someone who is concurrently completing an MBA, this is is the perfect place to apply those learnings and frameworks in a real world setting!
