Team Interview
Two conversations with the people you'd be working with. We care about how you think, not how well you memorise LeetCode.

Practical Exercise
A focused, paid take-home exercise. Scoped to 2–3 hours max. We review it together in a follow-up call, which matters as much as the output.

Offer
Verbal offer with full comp breakdown. Equity, benefits, start date - all clearly explained. No ambiguity, no pressure to decide fast.
