My name is Sophie, and I am delighted to join the team at Userled as Operations Associate! I’m originally from France, and came to the UK first via Wales, then moved to London a few years ago.
My background is both in Operations and Customer focused roles (think CX and CS), and I have worked in very niche sectors: number plates, UK craft beer - but most recently in the world of tech startups.
My last job focused on what the ecosystem is doing, think latest rounds, startup moves and european who’s who etc - so I am super excited to get working from behind the curtain and dive deeper into the first stages of a startup. Let’s not forget that I am becoming part of an excellent and purpose-driven team!
In my spare time? I’m at a DND table, or playing a game past the 1000hrs of playing time! (you’ll see me “touch grass too” - I have a dog to walk!)
