    1. Navigate to https://app.userled.io/integrations/hubspot
    2. Click on the Integration portal

    3. Click on “Authorize”

    4. Authenticate through HubSpot’s portal to grant access to the integration

    2. Create custom fields in HubSpot

    1. Navigate to Setting and then the ‘Properties’ tab under ‘Data Management’ and create a new field on the Company object

    2. We recommend creating the following two custom fields

    • userled_landing_page_url: Will store the URL of the personalised landing page you create through Userled.
    • userled_thumbnail_url: Will store the URL of the thumbnail Userled generates for you. The thumbnail is a screenshot of the landing page and can be included in your outreach to personalise outreach message, drive engagement and increase click-through rates and replies.
These fields should be of type Single-line text.

    3. Generate and distribute personalised experiences & engagement metrics

    1. Select any account and contact from your HubSpot CRM. You also have the option to select lists and reports.

    2. Create highly targeted, personalised web experiences using HubSpot attributes across email, ads and landing pages.

    3. Distribute your generated content to your CRM using the custom fields you created.

    4. Enrich accounts and contacts with engagement data across web, inbound, outbound and ads.
