Week 1
Kick-Off
Let's start our partnership with a kick-off call.
Step 1
In this call your CSM will:
- Take you through the Userled platform and configurations necessary
- Agree timelines for the onboarding and completion of technical configuration
- Get a better understanding of your goals
Before moving to the next step you should:
- Receive the guides for setting up configurations
- Ensure your technical owners are in the Slack channels to ask any questions they might have during setup
Week 1
Technical Configuration
You have assigned owners and gone through guides for our integrations which means you’re ready to complete the technical configuration of Userled.
Step 2
During this step you will:
- Install the Userled Client SDK on your domain(s) using these instructions
- Connect Clearbit to uncover traffic
- Integrate your CRM(s) by following these guides
- Connect your custom domain
- Setup Slack for sales alerting
- Invite teammates by following these steps
- Create custom properties in CRM
- Enable fingerprinting
Before moving to the next step you should:
- Receive an invitation for the meeting from your CSM
- Think about which accounts you’d like to target through Userled
- Think about what KPIs you’d like to increase with our support

You’ve completed the technical configuration of your account
Week 2
Campaign Creation
You have successfully completed the technical setup of your account which means we can start planning how to hone and scale your ABM strategy with Userled.
Step 3
During this meeting you will:
- Talk to your CSM about what accounts you’d like to target
- Discuss campaigns you might run
- Define what you’d like to achieve through these (better collaboration between Sales-Marketing, % increase in key account engagement etc)
- Get examples of previously successful campaigns and ideas from your CSM
- Schedule a time for your review meeting
Before moving to the next step you should:
- Share your target account list with your CSM
- Configure your distribution channels
- Layout your content play
- Share any other key information relevant to your campaigns with your CSM
- Receive an invitation to the review meeting
- Share your content play with your CSM
Week 3
Product Training
You’ve shared all your ideas and wishes for a campaign and your CSM has been busy creating it.
Step 4
During this meeting you will:
- Review your campaign
- Get how-to walkthroughs from your CSM
- Product training
- Plan when you’ll roll this out
- Decide on who else (e.g. Sales) should have access to the tool
- Approve your campaigns!
Before moving to the next step you should:
- Ensure you’re happy and there are no amends needed before launch
Week 3
Launch and Iterate
You’ve launched your first campaign and have started using the assets to enhance your ABM program.
Step 5
During this phase you will:
- Continue to meet weekly with your CSM to review process
- Receive helpful hits, tips and ideas on what to do next from your Userled team
- Measure against KPIs set at the beginning of the onboarding process
- Continue to receive proactive outreach from your CSM on updates and assistance
- Start working with your CSM to focus on longterm success!
