Our Journey
Founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs CEO Yann Sarfati (Revive, former sales lead at Salesforce and Incident.io) and CTO Tristan Saunders (Revive, tech lead at American Express and lead software engineer at nate), Userled is transforming how B2B companies create, manage, and scale personalized marketing campaigns at scale.

Userled is a no-code interface and AI-powered platform automating the creation and distribution of tailored, branded marketing campaigns in seconds, not weeks. Customers can deploy multiple personalized campaignsacross all ad and email platforms. This empowers revenue teams with person-level engagement insights, all while being completely cookieless.
Additionally, Userled integrates with existing CRM systems and major IP reveal providers, allowing real-time tracking of engagement, end-to-end journeys, and conversions. The platform achieves this without the need for third-party cookies. Userled has built a Cookieless Fingerprinting and Identity Layer that provides a comprehensive view of behavior at the account and contact level while remaining fully GDPR and CCPA-compliant. This capability is critical as Google, Apple, and other tech companies phase out third-party cookies.
Userled has already helped firms like Elastic, Pigment, Deel, and Onfido drive higher conversions and strengthen their pipelines.
