As a startup enthusiast, I have started seeing the PLG acronym pop up everywhere, and for good reasons. By enabling the product to take the center stage in the sales process, PLG companies can scale much more efficiently and effectively.
However, I found that most of the existing tools fall short of unlocking PLG. Rather, they simply identify the top users of the product and assign them as leads to the sales team. With 75% of B2B buyers who would rather buy in-product rather than from salespeople, this looked like a huge waste of resources.
Therefore, Userled’s no-code journey builder to create in-product buying experiences is a breath of fresh air in the PLG space.As a firm believer that customer-centricity should be the first principle of every company, I loved that Userled was co-designed with the best in the B2B SaaS space (think GoCardless, Remote, and Truelayer).Add to the equation that the team is high on both IQ and EQ, and that the CEO is a huge believer in mental health (a passion of mine!), and the decision to join Userled becomes a no-brainer.
